Additional Shipping & Delivery Information
We currently ship across India using reliable courier partners to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS, which will help you monitor the status and estimated delivery of your package. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours after dispatch to reflect courier updates.
Delivery timelines vary depending on the delivery location. Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 working days to metro cities, 5–7 working days to other major cities, and up to 10 working days for remote or hard-to-reach locations. These are estimated timelines and may be extended during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances like extreme weather or logistical delays.
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of the order value. There are no hidden charges for delivery. However, in the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders (if applicable), an additional COD fee may be applied at checkout. We recommend opting for prepaid orders for a faster and more seamless delivery experience.
To avoid delivery issues, we request all customers to ensure that the shipping address and phone number provided at checkout are complete and accurate. Opalodor is not responsible for delivery delays or failures due to incorrect or incomplete address details. If a package is returned to us after failed delivery attempts or due to wrong address details, we will connect with you for re-shipping, and additional delivery charges may be applicable.
Our delivery partners generally attempt delivery up to two or three times. If the order is not received within these attempts, it may be marked as undeliverable and returned to us

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our delivery network and will notify our customers once international services are available.
