Wrong Item Delivered
Step 1 – Raise a replacement request within 24 hours from the date of delivery by emailing us at support@opalodor.com or sending a message on WhatsApp at 6356789000. Please make sure to record a video while opening the sealed parcel and send this video along with your Order ID. The video is mandatory for processing any replacement requests.
Step 2 – Allow us 48 working hours to review your replacement request.
Step 3 – On reviewing your replacement request, we will send our courier partner to collect the wrong product delivered to you.
Step 4 – In case our reverse pick up service is not available at your location, we will assist you with an alternative option.
Step 5 – As soon as the wrong product is picked up from your location, we will ship your replacement product (depending on the stock availability ).

Step 5 – As soon as the damaged product is picked up from your location, we will ship your replacement product (depending on the stock availability ).

- The product has been used, tested, or altered in any way
- Original packaging (including mono cartons, labels, seals, or protective wrapping) is missing or damaged
- The return/replacement request is raised after 24 hours from the date of delivery
- The seal of the product is broken and no unboxing video is provided as proof
- The product is damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or accidental breakage after delivery
- The product was purchased from unauthorized sources or third-party platforms
- Minor leakage, sweating, or slight denting during transit that does not affect product performance or safety
- Requests made for personal dislike of fragrance after opening or using the product.
Order Cancellation
We allow order cancellation before your order is processed. Once the order has been processed we can not cancel the order.
In case you cancel the order before processing it, then you will get full refund amount within 2 to 3 Days.
